SpyAgent from SpyTech is one of the most fully featured computer monitoring programs available on the market today. A range of monitoring options makes SpyAgent a great solution for those looking at some serious in depth information of how their children (or employees for that matter) are using the computer. The secret to SpyAgent's power is a very powerful built in keyboard logger that can capture evey keystroke (including tabs). By using this as a trigger mechanism it has the dual focus of being able to start monitoring based on trigger phrases/words as well as the actual monitoring. This also allows the text from e-mail messages, chat sessions and web addresses to be captured and stored in the way of logs. These logs can be delivered via e-mail in case you wish to monitor a computer externally. As you would expect from a program in this sort of price bracket the actual finish and user interface is excellent. There are advanced options that enable you to hide the program from the task list as well as customising where you want log files to be exported to. All this is protected behind a password protected UI.

One feature of SpyAgent that most other monitoring programs don't have is the ability for basic filtering. Whilst not a fully featured filtering solution it does allow the rudmentary filtering of say for example certain websites. As an added feature it most welcome.
